CRASS Yes Sir, I Will – Vinyl LP (black)
Pressing info : ? repress on black vinyl LP.
Yes Sir, I Will was the fifth and penultimate album, released in March 1983, by Crass.
The album in itself was essentially a bitter attack on then Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, and her government, in the aftermath of the Falklands War and is set almost entirely over raging, free-form backing by the band’s musicians.
The original release of the album contained no banding between songs, presenting the contents as one long piece split between two sides, effectively making it the longest punk song ever recorded.
The CD and Vinyl include a fold out poster that depicts a badly burned British soldier face to face with Prince Charles.
